Nevada Legislators Cooking The Books

One way for Nevada Legislators to fix what ails the budget is to "adjust" the numbers to make things look like the tax increase they're probably going to ram through wasn't actually all that bad. This news account from the Las Vegas Sun needs to be saved for future reference...
We also need to hold our legislators' feet to the fire, explaining what they actually will reduce when it comes to state spending. If our "leaders" are seeking to engage in creative accounting already, just think of what we're going to be in store for as things go forward!
