In Case You Missed This Information About Humane Society Of The US
By: Doug Busselman, Executive Vice President
Over the past few months we've been seeing an increased level of activity by the Humane Society of the US in Nevada. They have sought to develop a toe-hold in the state legislative process, weighing in with lots of last-minute proposed amendments to "fix" what's not broken with our state laws on pet care. There were also efforts to initiate legislation on "downer cows"...again, a problem that didn't need fixing since federal regulations have resolved the issue.
Thanks to the folks responsible for this blog post for their work in further detailing the activities of HSUS and their "work" in benefit of their agenda.
