Using July 4th As A Platform To Make A Difference
By: Doug Busselman, Executive Vice President
Tomorrow is July 4th, Independence Day for the United States of America. While it may be a day off for most of us, it is not a day we should take off from preparing for the 2010 election and bringing about the kind of “change” that has nothing to do with growing a bigger and more intrusive government.
Around the state of Nevada a number of Independence Day Tea Parties will be held to provide further organizational support for the effort of taking back Nevada. You can also visit the “Action Is Brewing” Web site for the coordinating group that is working to keep these rallies going.
There is no doubt that we need fundamental reform and whole-scale replacement of those “representatives” who have gotten us to where we are, burdened by more government controls and required to pick up the tab for their inability to be responsible with spending the resources of “We the People”.
Hope you have a great and safe 4th of July weekend, perhaps we’ll bump into one another at a Tea Party!
