Who Says Big Brother Isn’t Watching?

In this day and age of more and more government with greater emphasis on how citizens should comply with whatever socially-appropriate belief, we are interested in reading about this developing information from across the pond. While this is probably more of a scientific sort of venture, the notation that there might be a future in labeling food products on the basis of their “carbon footprint” and the zealous nature of our elected officials to scramble aboard whatever politically-correct next thing might be – get ready cause our cows might also be destined for microphones and other burp-measuring tools.
We’re probably already looking at having a tax on livestock gas expulsion by virtue of something coming sometime soon from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
